Sabritec is pleased to announce their certification to ISO 9001:2000.
Sabritec has established and applies a management system for Design and Manufacture of Connectors (Coax, Triax, EMI/EMP Filter and Fibre Channel), Cable Assemblies, Integrated Electro-Mechanical Assemblies and Custom Interconnect Solutions that fulfill the requirements of ISO 9001:2000. Sabritec's Certificate of Certification is valid through May 2011.
At Sabritec, quality begins with design and is monitored throughout the manufacturing and assembly processes. Close communication between engineering, manufacturing and quality assurance has led to designs where simplicity, reliability and manufacturability are key results.
Sabritec uses computer aided inspection and optical equipment to inspect components at all stages of production. State-of-the-art test equipment, high reliability solder certification and in-house training programs are integral points of our quality program which has been certified to MIL-I-45208A or MIL-Q-9858 by most major aerospace companies. We are committed to certified-supplier programs for customers so that products can be shipped directly to inventory without source inspection.
Sabritec has produced special interconnect solutions to military and commercial customers since 1980. Sabritec specializes in the design and manufacture of products for high-density packaging requirements where space utilization is at a premium. Products span the broad spectrum of interconnects from highly integrated assemblies on avionic systems to micro-miniature connectors on printed circuit boards. Our connectors provide EMI and lightning protection for sensitive avionic electronic systems enduring harsh environments found in military applications.
