Qualification Test Report Summary for Sabritec Solderless EMI Filtered Connectors

Sabritec has developed a new series of filtered connectors that are capable of providing exeptional“low pass” filtering and effective insertion loss without use of soldered components. These connectors have successfully passed qualification testing.

Sabritec's solderless filter connector series uses a specially designed contact clip to make the connection from the signal/power contact to the capacitor array. The grounding of the capacitor to the connector body (shell) is achieved by use of a grounding spring. These connectors meet the same stringent electrical and filtering performance of soldered type filter connectors. A uniquely designed seal allows for water wash immersion of the connector in the unmated condition.
